To request a free price quote:

Send us your request via email (honyaku@kenjiarai.com), WhatsApp, or Ordering Form.
Please specify “price quote” in the subject line of your email.

We will quickly send you a price quotation and payment method details.
If you approve our quote:
Follow the steps described in the email and make your payment. Please let us know after you have made payment.
If you do not approve: Let us know why you disapprove – we may be able to work things out for you.

Payment Options:
- Bank transfer (Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Mizuho, or Japan Post) or Postal transfer
- Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Amex, Diners, UnionPay, Discover and Google/Apple Pay at no extra charge

Delivery Options:
- • Digital: Sent via email (PDF, Word, Excel, TXT, etc.).
- • Hard Copy (Japan): Printed documents with signatures and certificates sent via Letterpack.
- • International: Available upon request. Please let us know your requirements.
